It lies behind the south gate and is the most popular tourist attraction in the park. There are twenty-seven gingko trees on the 5,000 square meter area. The ground is paved by terrazzo. On its east side is a 1,920-square-meter tiered flower bed that runs to 240 meters along the eastern bank of the lake. The lake is surrounded with stainless railings. Visitors may see the most dramatic features from the opposite side.
