Built in 1572, the double-eaved pavilion has a hipped gable roof with openings on four sides. Inside the pavilion a stone stele was erected carried by a legendary animal with a dragonhead and tortoise body. There was no epitaph carved in the sacred stele. The original pavilion was destroyed in the Qing Dynasty and the present one was built in 1987.
