Yanji Restaurant  

  Yanji Restaurant is the first one in Beijing offering Korean Cold Noodle. Set up in 1943 by a man of Korean nationality in Xidan, it was named Xinsheng Cold Noodle Restaurant offering Cold Noodle only. It was moved several times until to the present location.

  Yanji Cold Noodle is the typical Korean food. It is a tasteful food with five flavors of spicy, sour, chili, sweet and salty, chewy and smooth noodles and spicy soup. Apart from the noodle, the restaurant offers dishes of the northern flavor as well as Yanji barbeque. Other Korean foods are Assorted Rice in Hot Stone Pot, Yanji Hot Noodle, and the most popular Dog Meat in Chili Sauce.

  Featured dishes: Fried Crisp Sliced Fish, Stewed Meats, Fried Beef Covered with Bread Scraps
